"I usu dont have any problems with Wendys but this order was the worst, my fries were undercooked and cold. My soda has been watered down from sitting to long. My Jr. Bacon Cheese burger has been cold, the cheese was not even melted, looks like it just cameout out of the cooler. I have never been s ok disappointed in my order as I usually dont have any problems. PLEASE STOP MAKING YOUR ORDERS SO FAR IN ADVANCE THEY SIT FOR TO LONG, AND THEY ARE NO LONGER FRESH. Your food was always Fresh"

"At this location the veggies were fresh and crunchy, not brown and soggy. The fried food was crispy and hot and the rice was fluffy. The staff here knows what they are doing. Fantastic job. We will make the drive and revisit. I wish we could have eaten inside but during this season dine in experience is not available. If your in Redlands and want a restaurant you can count on delivering delicious food, you need to come in. I had the sweet fire chicken and the sesame chicken. We also got the string bean chicken and mushroom chicken. All the best we’ve ever had at Panda Express."

"Dropped by our all time favorite Cuban restaurant. My family and I have eaten here before for their regular menu items. Today on our way back home for fishing at Big Bear Lake, we made it a point to drop by as we knew they were serving brunch today. An awesome buffet brunch for which included butterfly shrimp, yucca fritas, plantains, pescado empanizado, arroz con leche, shrimp al ajillo, fresh melons and pineapple, oxtail, ropa vieja, 2 chicken dishes, chicken empanadas, ham croquets, papas rellenas, fish ceviche, lechon asado, sopa marinera, black beans and rice, pollo asada, bbq chicken, choc cake, coconut and choc chip cookies, flan..it seemed endless! The restaurant was packed. Well worth it! You can never find this kind of selection of delicious dishes with this quality in LA for a AYCE brunch for $18.99 adults and $7.99 for kids. You pay a $2 more for champagne brunch. Only disappointment was that they didn't have tostones and the deserts were all store-bought except for the flan which we loved. The chef has such great skills in the food that I am sure they would make great home desserts too. Highly recommend this place. Service excellent..food excellent. You won't be disappointed!"

"Dude, the little skater boy who thinks the world owes him a favor needs to go and the smart alek young women too, she was not there today. The staff work hard. in the kitchen and the manager with glasses actually has customer service skills. The other staff literally have temper tantrums while sweeping before closing and smart off yo customers when the manager is on break.There can be six orders on the expo shelf and the cashier will take an order from the entire line without checking behind them. Then smart off when people ask about their plates... of cold salad with hot katsu or beef on top sitting, exchanging heat. Bad apples..."

"Marina went way out of her way to help this long haul trucker get a god meal. She was attentive , helpful and cheerful. She arranged for my food to be brought to me where I was broken down at and worked through a payment snafu, remaining cheerful and helpful. I truly feel if it had been another restaurant they would have given up on getting me food about 10 minutes into our 30+ Minutes phone interaction. Her boss should give her a raise and a pat on the back! As a trucker I have made calls like this around the country but Never encountered the level of treatment I received from Marina tonight. Thank you from the bottom of my soon-to-be full belly ! Addendum ; I was going to add another review but apparently am only allowed one so will add to my first.. Marina called and told me there was a problem with the delivery and so would deliver it herself. Which she did ! I know, isn't that amazing ? And boy am I glad she did ! The ribs were fall off the bone delicious the onion rings were ok, there were two kinds of coleslaw, a rather plain one and a vinegar based one which was delicious.if I get back through here with a load or another break down, you KNOW where I'll be eating again !"
