I ordered from Crab Place as a gift for a friend. I'm so glad. Not only the crabs delicious, but their customer service is from this world. I ordered online and received a follow-up email about my experience. Today I got a hand written thank you in the mail. We will definitely order them again. If I could give this place a negative zero I would! I received warm crabs and they said they were edible. I think the health department has a temp to serve for a reason. They would not refund and the manager is not nice! If you want potential bad crab order from here! They have lost my business and I will tell everyone I know! read more.
