Caffè Nero - Crossing

What Slex likes about Caffè Nero:
One of my favorite caffe Nero locations in the city. It’s got two spacious seating areas and a surprising amount of outlets. There’s one bathroom in the cafe itself but also plenty within the shopping center. Really nice floor to ceiling windows and general ambiance. The food and coffee is just like any other Caffe Nero, so it’s good quality. My go to is the chai tea latte and a cookie butter croissant View all feedback.

Terrible customer service. I was there between 5-6pm today December 2nd 2023. There’s a guy working there with an attitude equivalent to his hairline, atrocious. He wears a mask and speaks very low and gives attitude when you ask him to repeat himself. He was very rude to my mother and messed up her order essentially leaving out the cake she ordered.
