Always love the deals at little Ceasars, but this location in Crossville has been especially impressive. While my experience has been that the door dash deliveries arrive hotter and fresher than the pre-made hot-and-ready pizzas available for in-store pickup, both are good and it's great to have both options. What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
This restaurant is famous for their hot and delicious pizza! However, the last three times I visited, I had to wait for 25 minutes. I could understand if it was busy with a lot of customers, but those waiting were mostly for online orders. It's frustrating that they don't prioritize those who are physically there waiting. All were nice. looks clean. we have ordered a spezialpizze. it was freshly cooked and made fast. we're going back to this.
The last 4x I went to get a hot n ready, they don't have to camp. I'm around 11 o'clock, 2, 3 and 20 o'clock away. Never have they a little hot n ready I'm friends with a worker there and he told me that their boss will no longer allow them to keep the dinge ready because the drop. If this is the case, they have to lose their names because this is not small caersars! cheaper bast, they even tell me that every 20 minutes are waiting. I can go straight over the street to speedway pay the same damn price, and a pizza cooked right in front of me in 6 minutes. better customer service and quality!
I have been there about 4 times lately slow and do not have pizzas ready..there pizzas are not the best but I go there because the idea is I will walk in and get a pizza quick if I am going to wait I leave and get a pizza I really want
We got a Little Caesars pizza on Thursday evening. It was delicious and we really enjoyed it. Was ready when my husband got there. Thank you. It was so good.
As of late they never have anything ready during their busy times. I went last night and there was nothing in the ready heaters at all. I agree with there seems to be teens only working there. I have nothing against them but from a management side the experience is not there. I was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. I didn't wait because I knew it would be longer. They need help.
