"Extremely disappointing. I placed my order online at 6:43pm. My ticket said that the order should have been completed at 6:49pm. Just enough time to drive there. We pulled into the spot and checked in. We waited 15 mins, then I asked the guy who was delivering the outside orders if my order was completed and he said they were making it. 8 mins later I asked do you have my order to which his response was they are busy . Meanwhile at least a dozen cars that went through the drive-true came and went with very few new people entering the restaurant. At 30 mins, 7:19pm, I went in myself, to which they found my order of ice cream in the freezer, but it was half melted by the time I got it. It was very disappointing and the service was lackluster in the staff. Thank you for your time."

"Went for a bite and some beers. Was great till it was a shift change. The bartender didn’t give us our bill just told us our amount. Turns out he swiped our card for the wrong bill!! 6 days later we are still waiting for the funds to go back into our bank. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5"
