"During our stay at the “Parador de Cuenca”, we always went to the Parador restaurant for dinner. We can say that the staff very attentive and friendly, if you ask, they will advise and advise on the food (quantity, ingredients, preparation). The number of dishes is sufficient and they are elaborate. Also the environment is very good. The scenery, especially at night, is spectacular. Food and service very good. "We booked under recommendation, of all the years and visits I have made in basin did not know the place. The restaurant is in a cave, we found it not only a success for how beautiful it was but for how they have it decorated and organized. 5min on foot from the basin center and at the feet of the hanging houses. not only is its interior very cool, it has a bright terrace with very nice views. and dinner? for just as well, we had a Christmas menu and sincerely, in many years it will be of the best we have supper. I will put some photos but the dishes were just as good as their presentation. the salmon salad, ham and cheese, the leafy toast with anchovy and in my case the cod gratined... all very good. the treatment of all the staff was unbeatable. an excellent dinner."
