The cauliflower rice was very salty and mushy. Most fast food employees don't get paid enough to care so its understandable. I threw half of my meal away. I had to buy another meal elswhere. It could have been the carnitas that was too salty, but either way the cauliflower rice is mushy like mash potatoes.
