we asked our hotel where we can taste guinea pig. they recommend this restaurant. very nice and clean inside. service was very good and yes we tried our first and last Guinea pig. It was okay. not much meat, but not really gamy....Very dry and a warning they leave the head with the crazy little teeth on. all other foods were really good, including the pisco sours. fun.
