What User likes about Qespi:
The location is great and the food is even better. I loved the Quinua and octopus entree. The ossobuco and the lama steak are shinning examples of what this place can do. Coming from someone who suffers from soroche I will be happy to be miserable digesting this delicious food later. Of special note was our waiter jesus.
