Excellent and abundant Easter lunch with mixed appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, grilled peppers, olives, chives, bis of first with crespelle speck and trevisana ravioloni valtellinesi alla bresaola followed by roast beef to the valligiana and ribs of lamb with potatoes and spinach.
