"Customer service was great, my low rating was due to my breakfast meal. I had the eggs on toast (scrambled) and you could obviously tell they were made in the microwave. I could see where the eggs had been moulded to the dish they were cooked in. They were over cooked and tasted rubbery. For the price you pay, I expected a little more effort."

"The staff were lovely, every one had a great night. Service staff were fantastic as per usual. We will be back next month for our next dinner with the regular crew. No where else would we book but the Russell. Thanks guys"

"Terrible. Buffet was too salty with lots of onions in everything. Lots of sticky batter around small pieces of meat and not warm enough. Was looking forward to nice Chinese meal but was very disappointed. Maybe we should have ordered from the menu. Sorry for the negative report because the people were lovely"

"Avoid it if you can. Almost got scammed trying to pay with card. Staff were saying that the money wasn’t going through even though it had approved on the receipt. The food is average, a bit low on flavour and mainly veges in the char kway teow."

"The cafe was not that busy yet it took 45 minutes just to get a coffee and an hour and a half to get our meals that were well below average. $18 for the meal in the photo below one hash brown, a tiny piece of toast and a tiny bit of smashed avo. 10/10 avoid Stellarossa in Dalby"
