I haven't been here in ages, but just had to add in the pricing category of this dinner is not $$$$!!! edit: Hmm me adding this review completely changed

It's at the bottom of a medical buildingSuper weird location and my wife and I almost didn't go inThankfully we didIt's small and clean.

This is a typical diner styled CafeIt's a little chaotic at lunch time when I went but that's standard of any lunchtime place.

Food is pretty good. Stick to the usual's. View will improve once the pulp mill is gone.

Best chiness food i ever had around this area, i go very often. I suggest this place to everyone that likes chiness food

"Umi Yama is located in the back of a commercial building, so there is a little hunting required to find the entrance. But it is worth the effort! Umi Yama offers an extensive menu that boasts mainly sushi, with a lot of local flavours (lobster,...etc. and interesting twists. Portions are large, and one plate will make a meal. The location is stunning, with great views overlooking the bay. This is a wonderful place to while away an entire evening with friends, enjoying drinks and plates to share. The menu is simply too extensive to get through without going back many times, and it is great value for money. It would be nice if they added a few exotic sushis, something completely out of the ordinary, like sea urchin roe or lobster roe, or scallop gonads, for those of us who are foodie adventurers."
