"Where do I begin? When you walk in, you’re immediately treated like family. The atmosphere is so friendly and relaxing that you feel right at home! The service is impeccable! The owner and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Now, the food is unbelievable! I’m Ukrainian, and my husband is American. We both couldn’t have been happier with the food! We ordered A LOT (beef tongue, Russian style herring, borscht, Turkish liver, manti, plov, lamb ribs kebab, buckwheat kasha with mushrooms, and Napoleon). Every dish was so spectacular that we had to come back for dinner the next day! Sadly, we live 4 hours away, but this will be our only go-to restaurant every time we’re in Dallas!"

"We were served avocado toast ? that did not taste fresh. It tasted old and like urine, very strange and unusual as I eat here quite often throughout the week. I was not satisfied with the remade toasts. We will be going to the other locations from now on."

"Holy Moly this place was absolutely awesome. I just moved to the area and have been amazed at the quality and variety of restaurants up here. I ordered Togo over the phone and the person was so nice and helpful taking my order. I couldn’t pronounce everything but was able to get it in. Every bite was delicious, can’t wait to go back again. All the flavors and meat were so tasty. I’m glad I gave them a chance."

"We always have a good time here. Great customer service. The food and drinks are great. I always recommend Hibiki to friends and family. 12/31/2021- Kickin' off the New Year's festivities with friends and family. Dinner was delicious and we devoured every bite. The only complaint was that the Kalibi- Korean short ribs were to fatty, other than that we'll definitely be back. 03/11/2022- We made it in time for Happy Hour Enjoyed dinner and drinks with the family. They have a great happy hour!!!"
