We had eagerly anticipated this visit to the Dallas Bob's since we'd been so pleased with our visit to the Plano location. It did not turn out that way. The filets were cooked as requested but the outside was charred and the meat lacked flavor. Quite frankly, I've made better ones from Sam's Club and cooked on my grill at home.
