I went for the first time the other day and I have a lot of bread/Pan de dulce. I came home (I am 5 minutes away) made some coffee for my family (all Mexicans) and myself. we all sat down and ate our pan. all 6 of us agreed that the pan was not fresh and it was hard. the conchas were hard, the maranito and other pans. the empanadas were okay. the cookies were hard. not the freshest brot at all and I was disappointed.... read more.
