Literally waited over 30 minutes when there was no one in line and then told me to pull up while the crew went out back and had a smoke break. As in getting high while their customers waited. Today, 2/6/24, we were charged $23.11 for 10 plain Krystals and 2 large fries. The 10 Krystals were $15.60 the 2 fries were $3.43 ea.$23.11 seems a bit much. Probably won't be going back.The people were very

Came to the drive-through at 735pm on 1/16. The male taking my order had an attitude and didn't seem to care. I was about to spend over 30 bucks on dinner, but ended up leaving without ordering. The CSR needs to be fired.
