Literally waited over 30 minutes when there was no one in line and then told me to pull up while the crew went out back and had a smoke break. As in getting high while their customers waited. Love it!!! Last time I went thought I would never go back it tasted awful, and a grew up with Krystals. It has new management I do believe because it has a lot of new things there, and the food tastes like it originally did and that was awesome!!!! Brought back a lot of memories..... View all feedback.
