Very noisy. 20+ people standing in the entrance waiting for a table. They need a separate foyer. Children screaming in high pitched voices, and running around with little to no supervision. The valet parking was nice but small parking lot and the steps were dangerously icy. I had to wear a coat to eat because my seat was against the front window which was metal and freezing.
