"Where do I begin? When you walk in, you’re immediately treated like family. The atmosphere is so friendly and relaxing that you feel right at home! The service is impeccable! The owner and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Now, the food is unbelievable! I’m Ukrainian, and my husband is American. We both couldn’t have been happier with the food! We ordered A LOT (beef tongue, Russian style herring, borscht, Turkish liver, manti, plov, lamb ribs kebab, buckwheat kasha with mushrooms, and Napoleon). Every dish was so spectacular that we had to come back for dinner the next day! Sadly, we live 4 hours away, but this will be our only go-to restaurant every time we’re in Dallas!"

"Just trying carmines for the first time, easy some of the best I had. crust? 10. sauce? 10. the best disc I had in a long time. but what my heart stole was how clean this place was. the dining room could be simple, but it is the cleanest 40-year-old restaurant I have ever seen. as a former fine dining chef I am surprised as this was the first time that I noticed the cleanliness. it was so good that it caught my attention. this place knows how to guide a restaurant to the right way and I will go back weekly"

"Amazing experience. Great prices and nice, quick service. I loved the food! I liked the chicken pad thai $10.99) more than the yellow curry with chicken $10.99); the curry was great but the broth was not as seasoned as I would like. I am confident it wasjust the batch and I will try again. The portions are great and even had a little curry left over. They give a generous portionof plain white rice on the side too. There are several seats inside but they are only high top chairs. The only down side isthere is no bathroom!!! I came to place a to go order and the server told me I would have to go to the race track across thestreet to use their bathroom, no ma'am hahaha. Keep that in mind if you want to go eat inside. Paid $28 after tip for 2 entrees.Recommend and will try again soon."
