"Where do I begin? When you walk in, you’re immediately treated like family. The atmosphere is so friendly and relaxing that you feel right at home! The service is impeccable! The owner and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Now, the food is unbelievable! I’m Ukrainian, and my husband is American. We both couldn’t have been happier with the food! We ordered A LOT (beef tongue, Russian style herring, borscht, Turkish liver, manti, plov, lamb ribs kebab, buckwheat kasha with mushrooms, and Napoleon). Every dish was so spectacular that we had to come back for dinner the next day! Sadly, we live 4 hours away, but this will be our only go-to restaurant every time we’re in Dallas!"

"Just trying carmines for the first time, easy some of the best I had. crust? 10. sauce? 10. the best disc I had in a long time. but what my heart stole was how clean this place was. the dining room could be simple, but it is the cleanest 40-year-old restaurant I have ever seen. as a former fine dining chef I am surprised as this was the first time that I noticed the cleanliness. it was so good that it caught my attention. this place knows how to guide a restaurant to the right way and I will go back weekly"

"Sadly this establishments food quality has progressively gone down hill. : back when it was “Jin” it was my favorite Korean bbq spot by far! But I have now come here as it being “Bon” 3 times over the last few years and ea time the food gets lesser and lesser. Customer service is great though. Wont be coming back anymore (kimchi tastes bland, meats are have little to no flavor, sprouts taste dull and soft. Only main plus is the ice cream is always good."
