"The service was good, the food hot and fresh. I gave a five star to the cashier/manager. She is an excellent customer service person. I didn't get her name but her tag said manager. I told her if all customer service people had her sweet smile and genuine attitude the world would be a better place. Captain D"s is blessed to have her on their ship"

"The tofu is crispy on the outside and ice-like texture on the inside. delicious. they will replace the tofu for every carnivore. the fried rice had a little egg. I should have asked. they can leave it out. there is a steam-free option. the veggie-steam rolls were delicious. also the Veggie-Entree with rice was good. back 1/6/2021- no ice in fried rice is no problem."

"I came in too place an order, despite the fact other people waiting for food, and large numbers of Krystal's being order, the 2 staff working was very prompt with taking my order and apologized several times for my wait and was zooming to get the orders and customers out in timely fashion.. hard working people it was big girl and colored feller"

"Krystals has a bad rep but today i had a craving. I stopped in the drive thru and was greeted politely and asked to order when i was ready. I ordered the number 1 large with a coke. Once again i was greeted very politely while he took my card and handed my food. He told me he hoped I enjoyed my meal as i drove off. The food was very delicious, the fries were crispy and well seasoned and the krystals were toasty and flavorful. Thank you to the staff that work here on 4/9/2022 at around 2pm. I will be coming back thanks to them."

"From the host to management was bad. We went in there was maybe 8 people. When we asked for a table for 7 he laughed and said it would be 20 to 30 minutes. We asked why because all tables were empty the little boy laughed again and said because I said. The manager came out and had the same attitude. He said their were people ahead of us. We asked where he said in his tablet. Literally was nobody else waiting. I know times are hard and help is hard to come by but with that kind of help you would be better off to close the door. You are probably only making enough to pay the light bill."

"I wanted to order a 3 piece of bone at the chicken dinner. It is almost 5:30 on a Saturday afternoon, why did not cook the chicken. First, the cashier left me waiting for almost 5 minutes to see if they had chickens. She said they did it and I said, okay, I'll have the 3 pieces of bone in the chicken dinner. The cashier says I have to charge you an extra 75 cents because we only have 2 chests and one wing. I said why I'm being charged extra if I didn't ask, nor do I want two breasts. Why do I have to pay extra because you all have no chicken. She said well that our prices and it's not my fault we have no chicken I'm not the cook. She then repeats that I have to pay additionally 75 cents because they have only 2 chests and 1 wings. And I repeated myself and asked myself why I pay extra for something I wanted or wanted. Then the manager says that our prices and it will wait a 20 minutes for chicken. I said, okay, I'll wait for them to say, but our prices are what they are. I told her I understand the prices are what they are and I can read the menu. But what I don't understand is why you charge me extra for chicken I don't ask or want because you haven't cooked chicken and why wait until you cook out of chicken more. I decided to go because the cashier and the manager understood my point. If you offer a product, you should have it readily available and if you do not Your customer should not have to pay extra for bad management. And why did they cook only 2 chests and 1 wings on Saturday night at 5:30. I'm not back."
