The room and views are superb! The service from everyone was consistently exceptional. Sadly the hotel either is suffering because of the hotel strike which the hotel managers denied, or this hotel isn’t nearly what it used to be. Food suffered. Over crowded. Hotel could not handle the number of people. Room service terribly understaffed and we were on hold for 30 minutes 3 times and were hung up on while on hold.
