I hadn’t had salt pepper spare ribs（椒盐排骨）cooked this way for a long time so I was very happy.I am still giving 5 stars because I personally didn’t care too much. conveniently and inconspicuously located right off penn's campus, this food truck serves pretty standard chinese food. ordered the hunan chicken and service was really quick, though coming at a higher price than other food trucks, the meal left a bit to be desired. the portion size was good, but the chicken wasn't too flavorful. they only take cash too, which is something to keep in mind if you, like me, don't normal...
