We stopped in for a hearty full English breakfast and a coffee. What a lovely place! The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. We felt completely at ease. The food was delicious, with perfectly poached eggs (which I can be picky about) and a delightful coffee. Highly recommended. View all feedback.
What KenObvious doesn't like about Imperial Express Cafe:
Went here after a couple of beers at no 22. Quick service despite being very busy. Ordered the chicken with peppercorns and brandy sauce and salad. Sauce and salad ok but chicken was dry and tasteless. Seemed as though someone bought a chicken breast portion from Sainsburys and chucked it into the sauce! Chips were nice though.
