Darwin's Waterfront Café

What James wilson doesn't like about Darwin's Waterfront Café:
One star for location. All of the tables are filthy and old plates aren’t cleared off (despite the cafe being quiet at the time). When the waiter eventually cleaned the tables, no pleasantries at all. Asked for a drink menu several times and the surly waitress continued to remind us they aren’t doing lunch until 12 (regardless of the sign behind her saying 11:30 onwards).
