"I was told that Whitey 's try as a must when visiting the quad cities. It is really a place to visit as the ice made at home and great tasting. Whitey 's has a variety of flavors that can be eaten in a cone, made in a parasol, swimming, shaking or malt. Prices are reasonable and the portions are huge!!"

"Ordered the BBQ pork pizza qc style crust, the crust is way better than most of the QC styles pizza crusts. I worked at Harris and their crust is hard and chewy, but here at Top Hat it's softer and easier to chew lol. Overall a very nice experience, will be going back to try some more."

"This type of place is why I love Yelp! My fellow reviewers are on point for giving such high regards to this simple taco joint. In a dilapidated part of town next to a tattoo parlor with no real distinct signage ...there's Zeke's. I went with Caribbean tacos with jerk chicken. When offered a side dish, I chose black beans and rice. A serving comes with two tacos, but man, they're big. Stuffed with a purple vinegar slaw, carrots, cilantro, and of course BIG chunks of jerk chicken. Topped with a crema sauce that is just milky good. I couldn't finish my two, but gave it a Herculean effort. There is a full bar here too, but this was a mid day work lunch. Place was great. I'll be back. Cheers!"
