Have been using this place for 9 years, and never had a bad pint. Staff are always very friendly and accommodating. A lovely place to dine with exceptional food and equally lovely to come for just a drink. It's dog friendly and has an amazing garden for the brighter days with what I can only describe as a view the gods should be proud of over the fields. What more could anyone ask for....... We went for Christmas Lunch, which promised to be amazing! (From the menu at least). The food in the most part was good. Service was poor, very slow an inexperienced staff, we guess that is due to lack of staff wanting to work on Christmas day. We paid £100 per head for the meal, there were four of us.
