"Excellent evening. We were able to enjoy the menu of Valentine's Day before the hour, the reception is very professional, the listening service, the original and refined dishes, the whole is hearty. The drinks offered are perfect. The room is silent, the architecture pleasantly surprising. Excellent value for money."

"We get out of this restaurant, I want to specify from the reception to the service everything is impeccable nothing to say when in the home cooking chef and his brigade not disappointed. "A place missing in Dax! but must now take a little more consistency! the tables are nice but dynold, the young man at the service (all alone) gets distracted as he can but he is smiling like a prison door. The choice is important for charcuterie dishes ... not tried! not inspired but there's the... barracks fried from the nun just outside! Try it!"

"We go here regularly on our family holidays. It is THE treat of the holiday. This family run, extremely friendly, understated resteraunt serves the best food we are yet to experience in the region. The goats cheese salad served in filo pastry parcels with fried pancetta and fresh salad leaves is a personal favourite as is the cote de Beouf, a meat-eaters hevean. The set menu of 3 courses is €24. Though not cheap, the food is such excellent quality and quantity that it is more than worth any extra expense. If you are within a 100 mile radius of this resteraunt it is worth the trek. We could not recommend it more highly."
