Carter’s feels like a relic from another era, but that’s part of the charm. Two elderly ladies were running the establishment when I visited, but things ran quite smoothly and they were friendly. It is a cash only establishment, but the prices are excellent. I ordered the double cheeseburger combo which came with a pop and fries.
