Today they offer buy one get one free drinks if you have the app. So I went and ordered two venti caramel crunch Frappuccinos. When I got them I took a sip and it was awful no sweetness to it at all. Call them and they said they would replace them. Went back picked them up same thing no sweetness at all. I have ordered from there several times before and always got a good one.
