Wow what a great discovery! We've seen this cafe from it's unassuming store front. It looks a bit uninviting. A friend highly recommended it so we gave it a try. So glad we did! What Tuco Malatesta doesn't like about Egg House Cafe:
I ordered the chicken and waffle. The waffle honestly was exactly like the Texas shaped waffles you get free when staying at nearly any hotel. Exactly. But here you get exactly one. The chicken appeared to be frozen chicken fingers that were slimy and undercooked underneath a fried crust that slid off upon being disturbed. I sent the chicken back as I was afraid to eat it.
