Love El Pollo Loco, but this was not a good night. Chicken was great, but no mashed potatoes and the rice was horrible-didn't even finish it. Service was okay, table cleanliness was meh. Almost thought it was close due to the number of burnt out lights unless they were just off. View all feedback.
