"I've come to this location twice now. The food and customer service was great both times. Unfortunately, the second visit they forgot our deserts. We had never tried their desert biscuits and was really looking forward to it. We live 10 minutes away so by the time we got home and noticed we didn't want to go back. I do take some responsibility for not checking my order before I left. Just bummed but still want to give a high rating for everything else. We will go back but will be checking our order before we leave. Lesson Learned."

"We went to the family birthday that falls on a holiday weekend. The staff was friendly and it was obvious that they were busy, but we sat in plenty of time waiting staff was prompt food always on place. Never disappointed!"

"First of all the service was very poor and the cashier young rude Racist. She place African-American money on the counter and Place white people money in their hand and she was giving us rude looks , the food was dry and nasty with no seasoning ."

"Management please rebuild new employees or bring a manager who holds them responsible. I live in the opposite and I have observed how the people they have in the evening go from zaxbys to zakkong and now go to here and everywhere where they go, I refuse to eat. they cannot get order right and respect the worst customer service with zero and do not care about the time. They are the defense of the ghetto."

"Awful service. I called order my meal. Apparently the English speaking person didn’t make himself clear and I didn’t make myself clear. I wanted 2 orders of Mexican Philly Cheesesteak. Menu on line said $5.49. I order 2 meals not two in each. I pick it up it’s $25.00. I said are you nuts. The Spanish speaking man had to get someone to help. The English speaking man said I ordered 2 for each meal. I said no one for each meal. He said well it’s 6.99. By this tone he had taken the money out. Gave his meals back and told him to credit my card. He comes back and says he he can’t put it on card gave us cash. I won’t go back. Lousy service."
