"I've come to this location twice now. The food and customer service was great both times. Unfortunately, the second visit they forgot our deserts. We had never tried their desert biscuits and was really looking forward to it. We live 10 minutes away so by the time we got home and noticed we didn't want to go back. I do take some responsibility for not checking my order before I left. Just bummed but still want to give a high rating for everything else. We will go back but will be checking our order before we leave. Lesson Learned."

"We were shopping in the area and decided to have an early dinner. The cash register came to the ground to ask if we need help. She was very helpful. The hostess set us right away. Our waitress was still in training and did an incredible job. Then we bought in the store and found wonderful sales and cheap prices. We'll be back."

I live in the opposite and I have observed how the people they have in the evening go from zaxbys to zakkong and now go to here and everywhere where they go, I refuse to eat. they cannot get order right and respect the worst customer service with zero and do not care about the time. They are the defense of the ghetto."
