Really nice staff, always. Restaurant, you really need to do better with the brown rice. It's dry and not cooked through. Everyone knows that at this altitude you need to use more water and let it absorb longer. Please fix this. I keep making the same mistake and ordering it when I think I want to try the Chipotle a block away from my office, and keep regretting my lunch.
