"Opinion written according to the experiences and feelings of the 6 guests, some of whom have already visited. Castelroussine address highly recommended. Birthday meal. Excellent surprise regarding the dishes and their originality. Disappointed with the service: too many servers for the same table, no communication, haste in the service and claiming the bill, error on the bill, lack of friendliness and thoughtfulness,.... In short, service to be reviewed by almost all of the staff! We received a response from the establishment upon initial notice. Far be it from us to discourage anyone. Just a service experience that marred this exceptional meal. As for the table decoration, it consisted of place cards and menus without prices because you do not provide them and I wanted to give my guests free choice. I had warned you by email and by telephone of my approach to the menus and at no time did you mention any reluctance. Separate table requested and obtained. THANKS. As for the change of glasses and the wine service, we have not made any negative comments. The only one concerned double billing for glasses of champagne. Wishing you a happy holiday again, which I did on Saturday noon when leaving the restaurant."
