I must say that the Horn Public House definitely surpassed my wife and I expectations! We went specifically for fish and chips and lo and see that they had Halibut fish and chips on their special menu. The black bean burger was okay. Nothing out of this world. It was better than some others, as it had black beans, carrots, beets, and sunflower seeds. I also had to sub the kaiser roll for ciabatta to make it vegan, and no cheese. We sat upstairs which had a great view of the water. View all feedback.
