"Celebrated the birthday of our daughter and her partner exam success in the dining room yesterday evening; had not chosen a better place. the food was absolutely delicious and so beautiful presented. I had the grilled watermelon and halloumi as a starter followed by the beginning of the day, that was sea bass. mine man had steak that he said was “cooked to perfection” and the young both had the booze. the experience was made by the two beautiful young women who served us with a smile, even if we knock molten candle wax all over the table. for emma, chloe and the brilliant chef, many thanks."

"Pre booked table for 2 adults and a 7 years old, who had previously seen a unicorn hot chocolate on the website, so no competition there.Wonderful fresh baked scones with jam and cream and tea for two.Unicorn hot chocolate and brownie for little one.Every bit as good as expected.. Service excellent,loads of thought gone into the top quality food, lots of Covid precautions in place and at a price that was worth every penny.This is not a cheap tacky place, its up there with the best."

"I really enjoyed it here beautiful building and great atmosphere I will come back, that's safe. eating was really nice and presented very elegant, which I was like I was the first person to try the Christmas menu and too very cheap trips. I also tried one of her cocktails, which was well made and presented. the employees seem very friendly and helpful, which I liked to see and found nothing too much to ask and had small, but nevertheless sensible talks that is important as someone who manages other institutions in the hospitality. I go back and try to eat something else there, because menus had a lot to choose and a large selection of drinks."

"Granddaughter's local ....... it seems to be the hub of the village very well attended. Read notice board and there seems to be lots to do. Sunday lunch was a good size, very well cooked and tasty plenty of gravy (asked for extra dessert was heavenly sticky toffee pudding and grandaughter had warm chocolate fudge cake, talk about being stuffed. Lovely food friendly staff, will return."

"A superb traditional Fish and Chip shop. First time visit tonight as a family. They serve really good fish and chips along with some home made dishes. Fish is cooked to order. We ate in. Crispy batter, crunchy chips. My wife enjoyed the lasagne and my children are scampi. All in all the best we've had in the area. Will be back. Parking is tight but do able. Best fish and chips we've had away from the coast. Yum.!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
