The restaurant was closed for a long time due to lockdown, but now that it's open, the experience was dreadful. I was shouted at to do track and trace instead of politely asked. I had to go back multiple times for sugar and a fork for my cake. The disinterested staff need retraining on customer service and welcoming patrons back warmly. View all feedback.

We used this supermarket to fill with diesel and wash the car. The diesel was fine but the car wash left a residue on my car which insects seem to find fascinatingly attractive. I wasn't too pleased about that and hoped that the residue didn't damage the paintwork after discovering that I had to pay to wash the car again to get rid of the residue. Not a happy customer.
This is my local Sainsburys store. It is very convenient for shopping, however, I dread using the Ladies restroom at the end of a shopping trip at the retail park. The paper roll dispensers are often detached from the wall, with the paper roll on the floor. The toilets are filthy with discarded paper on the floor and the hand dryer is often out of order. I am disappointed that there is no paper towel dispenser for hand drying. The lack of maintenance and cleanliness in the restroom is concerning for public health and safety. I have decided to go to another Sainsburys store with higher standards for cleanliness. It is important for the Kingsway Housekeeping Management to address these issues for the comfort and safety of their customers.
I will not be returning to the coffee shop, now an Argos store, as it took me 2 hours to leave the car park due to road works and traffic.
