Greasy chips, greasy batter and a breaded fish cake that had an odd taste of curry. The chips were all smothered in black bits like they'd been cooked in really old fat that hasn't been changed for yonks. Costly too for a meal that mostly went in the bin. Had we known we were so close to Matlock Bath we'd have gone there instead but this place was recommended in the literature provided by our holiday cottage. View all feedback.
