APPALLING! Service non-existent! 14 of us pre booked for a family meal. We had to pre order. Arrived on time and shown to out table. An hour and 15 minutes later still had no food although we were told at least twice that it was on its way. Eventually ONE vegetarian meal arrived and that was cold! We gave up and decided to leave.
