Such a wonderful and delicious Mexican restaurant in the heart of East Village. The food is delicious and the service is top notch. I've never been near bad service or food. It was always perfect, and also for such low prices. If anything ever was wrong, I know that the workers here would immediately correct my complaint. What User doesn't like about La Hacienda:
Have tried both locations now. Both locations and over 7 or 8 visits now and never have we had one time where our order came out of the kitchen correct (beans and sauce over everything when ordered without both) and very slow slow service. "My search for a great Philly cheesesteak led me to Jersey Mike?s today. I arrived over the lunch hour and the line was nearly to the door. Staff were obviously well trained and worked quickly to get everyone through. I ordered a large standard cheesesteak sandwich for my daughter and I to split and a regular chicken Philly with bacon and ranch for my other daughter, a small bag of Cheetos, and drank water for a total of $24.00. The large sandwich is approximately 12 inches long with a substantial amount of meat with melted provolone, onions, and green peppers. The melted provolone and juice from the meat drip down your chin as you attempt to devour it and the rosemary bread was perfectly toasted. This was the closest I have found to the real deal in Iowa and I will definitely be back for more."
