The best parts about this hotel or the staffThey are incredibly friendly very helpful and accommodating.

Dirty! What was a worn hotel with a rich tradition has become a poorly managed, dirty hotel.

The staff is very accommodating, the room size is sufficient and the fridge in the rooms make a difference.

Both of us got fried white fish with mashed potatoes (since they were out of baked (at 5:30pm)) and gravy and that's it. The fish was dry and more fishy than no...

The place was filthy. Wife went to the women's room to find absolute filth. Food is third rate greasy spoon garbage. Wasn't worth finishing. Never shall return.

"When you have to wait for a table in a same cafe/restaurant .... that tells you its going to be good! We were not disappointed. Yes, it was 2 p.m. on a summer day (Friday) and yes we had to wait for a table. But this same cafe is just GREAT. The three of us ordered various burgers .... and tried the poultine for the first time! I think their burgers are half pounds (omg, huge). All of us ate just HALF ... so burgers & poultine it is for supper, glad we had a cooler along for this fabulous day on St Joseph Island. A definite would come back to location!"

"I'll just go ahead and say that the customer service was decent but the food was not worth the price. The fish and chips looked and tasted like the frozen battered fish filets from Walmart. They were good but not enough for me to get it again. The roast beef was not as expected and was gray and flavorless. The gravy was the only thing that made it good. But the spaghetti and meatballs were spectacular 10/10."
