"We had an Early wedding Anniversary celebration tonight it was our 1st time at the restaurant WOW what an amazing night What a Really Beautiful space it was warm inviting ,all the staff were really friendly welcoming, it was a real pleasure to be attended to by Laura whose friendly welcoming manner was so lovely we did not realize until later that she was the owner The food was outstanding, the chef really did an outstanding job putting the menu together in a really unique way that was a flavour burst in every bite , a real artist at work here We have dined in some of the finest restaurants in the world having this experience here on our doorstep was so exciting We will be back for sure We highly recommend you trying this great restaurant it’s a real gem"

"Great service, great pizza. I tend to like greasier pizza, however I do enjoy Ricados pizza. The pizza is cheesy and I enjoy the crust. My wife absolutely loves this place. Great for parties or nights where you don't want to cook. I recommend picking up rather than rather there, but other than that, enjoy! They also tend to help local events and such by donating pizza. It's THE pizza place for Digby."

"We loved this place so much we ate here twice for dinner. The food, atmosphere, waitresses, music, drinks, and new friends totally made this a wonderful treat. If you have a chance sit on the roof, enjoy a drink, bring a sweater and just watch the sunset. Once it's dark go down for some music and dance away if you wish and sing to songs old and new. The owner schooled us on the history of Digby and Nova Scotia since we were not from Canada and was a delight."

"Service was ok .. she never came to check on us once and I had to ask another girl for a to go box. She brought the debit machine and then must have known the people next to us cause she was asking about their vacation. U could tell it wasn't her table and she started the conversation. We tipped only cause the food was good. Not for the service after she took our order. She was good but having done serving you need to check on your tables and not be rude by talking to people that u know. Servers take tips for granted and expect them Mind u the food was good but doubt we will be back due to waitress talking to other table when taking our payment Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5"

"We didn't stay here but the food was fantastic, so good that we came back for lunch the next day before we left Digby.Scallops from Digby are the best in the world and they have the best of Digby, don't miss this place if you are in the area.Great food with friendly accommodating staff."

"First let me say we've eaten lunch at the Pines several times and it was great, the smoked fish chowder is fantastic! Had breakfast there today and it was ho-hum. Our daughter wanted the french toast but even though it was on the menu we were told it hadn't been available for quite a while. We decided on the buffet but even though the price was very reasonable, we found it just okay. Even if it cost a little more we'd like to see a breakfast equal to this great facility. (Would also like to see a nice dark coffee We appreciate what you do for the community and will continue to support you as you move to a year round resort. All the best and good luck!!"
