Pour un spécialiste de la viande, c'est un comble. Quelque soit le degré de cuisson, c'est de la semelle de botte. Le "grillardin" n'est plus un spécialiste de la cuisson à la flamme. La viande est congelée et quand on voit son morceau de viande léché par les flammes pendant 10' on se doute que la cuisson sera ratée...C'est décidé je n'y vais plus!!!! read more.
