One of my favorite vegetarian restaurants in Dijon. The manager knows perfectly the ingredients they use and buy them themselves from local producers (bio for the most part). It makes every house and applies in the presentation of the plate. I like being able to eat healthy, balanced, and a bit like home with this extra touch that reflects the mastery of the kitchen.
