"Best food in Dillon and Silverthorne and since I've been in Colorado. They have subtle twists to their food and is beautifully executed. Portions were enormous and the shrimp were anything but small. The salsa has a creamy texture, (cheese,maybe? super delicious. The rice had peas and corn, sort of a play on fried rice and Spanish rice, again delectable differences."

"This place is INSANELY good! I grew up here and my family comes to Chimayo at least once a month. Most things are quite normal, but their fish and shrimp are the way to go. I only get the Baja Fish. Tacos, Burritos, intestinal... the fish is so good! This place is fast to order food. Great for any occasion like Post Ski or Raft trip."

"Tasted great and the meat was high quality. I got the half rack of ribs which were actually reasonably priced given the location. Also the absolute cheapest drinks at Copper, beating the prices of all other bars at Copper. If you want comparably cheap drinks then this is definitely the place to be."
