Lovely hotel. We stayed here for a wedding and it was really nice and set out beautifully. The drinks are a bit over priced for what you get given. The room was really nice. We booked two rooms so that we could all fit in but they were interconnecting meaning the parents could sleep in one room and the kids could sleep in the other. Decided to try the hotel restaurant as it's only 5 minutes walk from our house. Had a drink in the bar area first which was quite sterile and not very welcoming. Food in the restaurant I would describe as average pub food and priced accordingly. Lighting very bright in the restaurant area which spoilt the ambience in my view.
