"Something has definitely changed since they hired new faces. Today was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin’ store. And from the looks of previous complaints I’ve read I’m not the only one. For the past month or two I have been going to this location or the one on highway 5. Because they can’t seem to make Carmel macchiato right. It’s a hit or miss. I try to avoid this location because I’m tired of having to come back 2 and 3 times because the drink is wrong. I have been buying this same drink for years and recently it’s been a mess. I didn’t ask for flavored Carmel milk with a drop or two of expresso. The guy today made my blood boil black guy with dreads he was so rude and arrogant. I asked him to please make sure my drink is correct. He responded rudely. When I picked up the drink it was already mixed and tasted horrible. I told him at the window it was incorrect. He abruptly told me to go to the 2nd window. Less than a minute he came to the window with the same drink. Basically he mixed new milk then added some of the drink from the first cup. I tried it even though I knew it was wrong. It tasted like extremely sweet Caramel milk. I immediately went back through the drive thru and got refunded. I’m going to invest in a espresso machine and buy the supplies to make my own. This was the last straw. And from what I see from previous reviews management obviously doesn’t care because not one time have they responded or made it right with any customer who listed a complaint. 6.00 for a drink is a lot for it to be wrong. In the last two months they have remade my drink over 20 times. Isn’t that waste or money the company could be using????"

"Food was good but I was definitely expecting more spice since they were asking me if I could handle spice. It wasn't spicy at all! The jambalaya was good, not spicy and very tomato forward. The fried green tomatoes were not crispy , the breading was too thick. The seafood gumbo was just okay. No spice and too much okra. Next time I'm in Douglasville I will try again. Maybe it will be better"

"My family and I have been coming here for the past month now and we are ADDICTED! I thought about it and said why not write a review. I just want to say EXCELLENT wings of all time. The best in Douglasville! Fries are fried to perfection, everything is always so fresh. I get the Honey Ranch wings and omg, they are my fav!!! Don’t knock it til you try it."
