Staff could be better but overall the food is awesome. The horchata ice cream is bomb and I love the customizable drinks. Also the shaved ice could use more condensed milk but otherwise I dig the way it feels in your mouth. View all feedback.

Well, the ramen seems to be the same higher quality instant stuff I ate in college, and was topped with the same oil that was used to cook my friend's chicken. The people next to us were talking about how they were not happy with their food the last time either. I was given a refund, and people seem to really like the boba. I'd just avoid the food.
